There is Room

Our intellect and instinct will always be at odds. For example, death to our intellect is different than death to our instinct.

Our intellect knows that there nothing to fear in death—a gentle slip into eternal slumber. But we live in the unshakable grip of visceral aversion.

We need not reconcile the mind and the heart. They can coexist in Presence. There is room for them both.
